How our on-site services work

Planning and coordination
- Your dedicated ALS Account Manager will organise the project, ensuring we have all the information needed to carry out the service smoothly.
- We’ll confirm a safe and secure space is available at your facility to complete the data wiping process.

On-Site Wiping Process
- On the day, our engineer will arrive fully equipped with:
– Wiping software licences
– Wiping rigs with all necessary equipment and power supplies - All you need to provide is access to power sockets and a secure room.
- Depending on the number of assets, data sanitisation is typically completed within one working day.

Certification and equipment handover
- Before the equipment is loaded into ALS vehicles, you will receive a full sanitisation certificate for each individual asset, providing complete traceability and assurance.
- Assets are securely transported back to our facility for final processing.

Asset processing and reporting
- Once at our facility, the equipment is processed as normal, with all details matched to the corresponding sanitisation certificates.
- You will receive a comprehensive asset report, confirming secure data erasure and asset details.
